RENNIE ORG is led by a passionate group of people who are dedicated to creating a better world for those experiencing homelessness. From community planning to legislation, and from event coordination to financial education, our Board and support team bring a diverse set of backgrounds and skills sets to help support the community. Welcome, from our Executive Director!

Ciara Ungar serves as the Executive Director of RENNIE Org, which serves the homeless community in New York City. Her role with our organization builds on a lifetime of dedicated service to her local communities through homeless outreach, and local policy advocacy initiatives on such issues as housing, healthcare, and social justice. She is the founding member of RENNIE Org, which was originally called “YouAreLovd” operating under the premise of offering a hand up to our brothers and sisters experiencing homelessness.

Ciara holds other roles in addition to work with RENNIE, including being a New York City-based Author on Leadership, a Strategy Consultant, Executive Coach, Fractional Executive, and Global Speaker. Ciara also serves as an adjunct Instructor at esteemed universities, such as Columbia University, and teaches on the subjects of Economics, Entrepreneurship, & Social Justice, Business Entrepreneurship, and Research Fundamentals.

Ciara is a proud Alumni of Boston University (MBA), Georgetown University (MA), and Purdue University (BA), where she has studied business administration, corporate strategy, communications, and criminal justice.
